Justice for Chase Chavez

Chase Chavez was arrested July 4, 2019 and charged with three counts of Attempted First Degree Murder. 18 years old at the time, Chase was held without bond in Bay County Jail. After spending three years in the county jail, trial was held and Chase was found guilty of three counts of Attempted Second Degree Murder and one count of Shooting at an Occupied Conveyance even though there was no evidence that Chase shot a gun, no fingerprints, and no witnesses saying Chase had possession of a gun.

The only sober witness identified Chase's co-defendant as the one who shot the gun.
